Grammar Fun!

Lay and lie are probably the two most confusing verbs that are frequently used and conjugated incorrectly. If you're one of the few who aren't befuddled by lay and lie, maybe you make one of these common grammatical errors: few versus less, is it that or which, who versus whom or is it numbers or letters for figures. The list of recurrent grammatical errors is too long to enumerate. The best advice for being grammatically correct in your writing is to use a good reference book. My favorite is WRITE RIGHT! by Jan Venoila. I also have the requisite THE ELEMENTS OF STYLE by William Strunk Jr. and E. B.

Weird Al Yankovic  has produced a music video parody about grammar using Robin Thicke's Blurred Lines. Enjoy!
